At mygrafistas.com we respect your personal data. This page explains simply what we keep, why, where it is stored and what your rights are.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Orders: name, shipping and billing address, phone, email and, for invoices, company name and VAT number.
  • Print files: the logos, designs, texts and links you send us for production.
  • Account: if you create one, your login details and order history.
  • Contact: whatever you write to us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
  • Browsing: cookies and similar technologies (pages viewed, cart contents, device, approximate location).

Why we use it

  • To prepare, print, invoice and ship your order (performance of a contract).
  • To keep you updated on your order and answer your messages.
  • For our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • For traffic statistics and advertising: we measure which ads bring visits and show you again products you viewed (retargeting).

Advertising and retargeting

We advertise through Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Their tools use cookies so we can measure ad results and show you relevant ads after you visit the shop. They are used only for this purpose; your order details (address, phone, files) are never given to them. You can refuse or delete these cookies in your browser settings and in the ad settings of your Meta and Google accounts.

Where it is stored and how safe it is

All your data is stored on our own servers, in the shop’s database, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and accessible only to us. Card payments go through a certified payment provider; your card details never pass through or are stored by us.

We share data only as far as needed to complete your order: with the courier (name, address, phone) and the payment provider — and with the authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
  • Print files: as long as needed for the order and a possible repeat order, unless you ask us to delete them.
  • Contact messages: as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use for advertising. Email us at mygrafistas.gr@gmail.com — we reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
